Over a decade of dedicated service at 猛料视频, Zachary, 鈥淶ack鈥 Gresser has carved out a remarkable path in Children’s Mental Health Services鈥攄riven by compassion, expertise, and a profound commitment to making a meaningful impact.
Zack’s career journey into mental health was inspired by his parents, whom are both Licensed Mental Health Counselors. While pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Music Therapy from Lesley University, he began working at 猛料视频 as a Therapeutic Mentor (TM).
Currently, Zack serves as a clinician within the Children鈥檚 Brief Treatment Team, an Emergency Department Diversion Program, a role that encapsulates his passion for addressing intricate family dynamics and navigating complicated systems. 鈥淢y work at 猛料视频 is deeply fulfilling, particularly when assisting families who arrive at the emergency department amidst crisis and uncertainty. For some, it’s their first visit; for others, it’s their sixth or seventh. They lack a clear guide on what to do or what resources are available, often leaving them without support in a system that is overburdened. To be able to provide families with guidance, support, and access to essential resources in a system often perceived as overwhelming and complex is very satisfying,鈥 said Zack. What Zack finds most rewarding is the opportunity to creatively solve problems tailored to each family’s unique situation. His approach is not just clinical but holistic, aiming to empower families by navigating them through challenging circumstances with empathy and expertise to make a tangible difference in the lives of those he serves.
In his spare time, Zack loves playing music and is a trained jazz pianist.聽 Zack has earned his Music Therapy Board Certification (MT-BC) and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
